About Rob
I make videos, lots of them. For big screens and little screens. Any screens! All Screens! Stages too! I love to create worlds that we can live in for a few minutes when we want a break from our day to day lives. I’ve directed hundreds of corporate videos, commercials, documentaries, and episodes of sport television.
I’ve worked with brands like the Junos, Canada’s Walk of Fame, Deloitte, Shell, Suncor, CBC Sports, ATCO, ARC Resources, and non-profits including Fear is Not Love, Men&, Alzheimer Calgary, Unison, and Woods Homes. Prior to my career in video and theatre, I worked in the structural steel industry, sang with the Edmonton choir Pro Coro Canada, and studied electronic dance music. I currently sit on the board of Calgary’s professional choir Luminous Voices. I hold a Masters Degree in Music from the University of Alberta, come from a family of 10, and live in Calgary with my wife Nina and daughter Alex.

Dave Kelly co-founded Kelly Brothers Productions with the goal of using his experience and contacts in television, theatre and education to create a world-class production team and company.
He is an award-winning host, writer, and interviewer who creates intelligent and deeply human moments for events and keynote conversations around the world. He is the host of Dave Kelly Live - Canada’s own talk variety show. From his beginnings as a TV Host, Dave has spent decades leading conversations with business and political leaders across North America and beyond, from Stanford School of Business in California to Amman, Jordan and everywhere in between. Ellen Degeneres selected Dave as the moderator and interviewer for her multi-city tour across Canada, he hosted a conversation with President Barack Obama in Calgary and sat down for a conversation with Prime Minister Brian Mulroney in Montreal.
